At Obyọma (developed by Warship Technologies), we recognize that running an atelier requires immense trust. Bespoke tailors and fashion designers entrust us with their life's work—client measurement profiles, custom garment designs, pricing calculations, and financial ledgers. We are deeply committed to protecting this sensitive business information and ensuring that your workshop's data remains private, secure, and under your absolute control.
2. Information We Collect
When you register an atelier account or use the Obyọma application, we collect essential operational data: your workshop name, business email, telephone contact, country of operation, and subscription preferences. Within your private workspace, you may store client names, contact details for WhatsApp receipt generation, bespoke body measurements, fabric and fitting notes, order deadlines, and cost breakdowns. We do not inspect, monetize, or harvest your client records for advertising purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
The data collected is utilized strictly to provide, maintain, and enhance the Obyọma platform: enabling seamless cloud synchronization between your cutting room and front-desk devices, automating client order status updates via WhatsApp, computing accurate job costing and gross profit margins, and providing dedicated customer support. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your customer lists or atelier financials to third-party marketing brokers.
4. Data Storage, Offline Encryption & Sync
Obyọma is engineered with an offline-first architecture. Any measurements, order receipts, or expense entries created while disconnected from the internet are stored in encrypted local device storage. Once an internet connection is re-established, records are transmitted via industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols to secure, replicated cloud servers protected by modern access controls and regular security audits.
5. Data Ownership & Export Rights
You retain 100% ownership of all business records created on Obyọma. At any time, you can generate comprehensive exports of your customer directories, measurement histories, and transaction ledgers in universal CSV or Excel formats. Should you decide to close your atelier account, you may request permanent deletion of all associated databases from our servers.
6. Updates & Contact Information
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect evolving industry standards or regulatory requirements across Africa and globally. Continued use of Obyọma constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
