Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually as an independent designer or on behalf of an atelier entity) and Warship Technologies ('Obyọma', 'we', 'our'). By accessing, downloading, or using our mobile applications, web portals, or related services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Atelier Accounts & Credentials
To utilize Obyọma's atelier management capabilities, you must register a valid workshop account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date business information and maintain the security of your authentication credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities and data entries conducted under your account, including those by staff members granted sub-user permissions.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing Cycles
Obyọma offers flexible subscription tiers (including Quarterly, Bi-annual, and Annual plans) structured to support atelier cash flows. Fees are clearly quoted in your regional currency (e.g. NGN, GHS, KES, USD, or GBP) and processed securely via certified payment providers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled through your account settings prior to the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except where mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Intellectual Property & Your Proprietary Content
Warship Technologies retains all proprietary rights, copyright, and patent privileges in Obyọma's software, user interfaces, branding, icons, and proprietary algorithms. You retain full, exclusive ownership of all design photographs, custom client measurements, fabric inventories, and financial entries uploaded to your workspace. We do not claim any ownership over your fashion designs or creative output.
5. Platform Availability & Offline-First Operation
While Obyọma is meticulously engineered for continuous offline resilience, the overall software suite is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no unconditional warranties regarding uninterrupted service, network compatibility, or instant synchronization during localized cellular blackouts. We perform scheduled platform maintenance during off-peak hours to minimize workshop disruption.
6. Limitation of Liability & Termination
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Warship Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost profits, garment production delays, or device hardware malfunctions. You may terminate your atelier account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for accounts that violate our Community Standards, engage in unlawful conduct, or tamper with software integrity.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Warship Technologies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of Obyọma shall be resolved amicably through good-faith mutual negotiation, failing which it shall be referred to binding commercial arbitration.
